PEACOCK - Backstage with Kiri Pritchard-McLean

A couple of weeks ago I had the absolute pleasure of spending time with Comedian and Writer Kiri Pritchard-McLean as she performed the final night of her tour show ‘Peacock’ - in her native Wales.

Shooting backstage with an act is always a tremendous privilege, and having Kiri’s trust to document her final show was a real honour. When I’m working on projects like this it’s so fun as it’s so self contained. What’s more, you really have to be on your toes, as once those moments pass, they’re gone forever, and there’s no recreating them.

Big thanks to Kiri and her team for making me feel so welcome, as well as the crew at Pontio Arts and Innovation Centre, who hosted Kiri’s final show.
