INFRACHROME
‘Infrachrome’ is an ongoing project shot using a specially modified camera that turns infrared light (normally imperceptible to the human eye) into light that can be observed on the visible spectrum. This method of photography is the digital equivalent of shooting with Aerochrome - a film stock developed by Kodak primarily for use in military photography.
What you see below is not digitally altered in order to turn organic matter red, but rather is the visual representation of light that already exists.
